If your order was returned to our warehouse (often due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery), please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Here’s what you need to know:

Once we confirm your parcel’s return, we’ll reach out to discuss your options. Depending on the reason for the return, we may be able to reship your order (additional shipping fees may apply) or help you with a solution.

If the return was due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, Smuuv Body isn’t able to offer a refund, and reshipping may require a new shipping fee.
