• Mail-in Service: You will need to mail the product(s) to us at your expense.
• DIY Parts Service: We may provide parts and instructions for you to repair the Smuuv Product. A credit card authorization may be required, and you must follow return instructions to avoid charges.

Service options and availability may vary by country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product can't be serviced in the country it is in. If seeking service outside the original purchase country, you must comply with import/export laws and cover associated duties and taxes. We reserve the right to change the method by which Smuuv may provide Services to you, and your Smuuv Product’s eligibility to receive a particular service method.
