Unfortunately, Smuuv Body isn’t able to refund or reship orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we can’t change the delivery details.

Sometimes, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information to request a hold or redirect—though this isn’t guaranteed and may depend on the Carrier’s policies.
