- Double-check the tracking link: Make sure you’re using the most recent link we sent in your shipping confirmation email or in the “Open Orders” section of your Smuuv Body account.
- Give it a little time: Sometimes, tracking updates can be delayed, especially right after the label is created or during peak shipping times. It may take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update your parcel’s progress.
- Still having trouble? If your tracking hasn’t updated after two days or seems stuck, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details. We’ll look into it and get you an update as quickly as possible!
