Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. All items are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days from our Fulfilment partners in the UK, USA, EU, or Asia depending on where stock is available at the time of your order. You’ll typically get a shipment notification email with a tracking details (where available) as soon as your package ships and it’s on the way.

There might be dispatch delays of up to 5 business days during public holidays and Sale periods. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
