Damage resulting from failure to follow our usage instructions isn't covered. Specifically, the warranty does not apply to the following exclusions (“Warranty Exclusions”):

• Consumable parts like protective coatings that naturally wear over time, unless due to defects.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic, unless due to defects.
• Damage from using third-party components not meeting Smuuv specifications.
• Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes.
• Damage from operating outside our published guidelines.
• Products modified without Smuuv's written permission.
• Normal wear and tear or aging of the Smuuv's Product and Complementary Product
